Computer-Assisted Semen Analysis (CASA)
摘要
Automated systems for the analysis of sperm parameters are increasingly being developed and used in many laboratories. However, they are not recommended for routine use according to the latest edition of the WHO laboratory manual for the examination and processing of human semen. Their advantage is that they allow a standardized analysis of some sperm parameters. We detail here the different Computer-assisted semen analysis (CASA) systems and their analytical performances.
