Advances in Network-Based Drug Repositioning

Network-based drug repositioning is a fast-growing approach to computational drug repositioning that has had a powerful impulse at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this review, we collect several recent results in this area of research to highlight the current trends and to clarify the open challenges for further improving the state-of-the-art.
