Intracranial Hemorrhage

We have organized this chapter to improve understanding of the imaging of intracranial hemorrhage (ICH). We begin by detailing the appearances of blood products on CT and MR images before describing the anatomical locations most often involved. We then discuss numerous etiologies of ICH and provide clinical pearls and caveats for the practicing radiologist.
