Spinal Cord Inflammation and Demyelination
摘要
Lesions of the spinal cord may produce non-specific neurologic deficits and imaging presentations. This chapter will provide pearls on the MR imaging appearance and clinical factors that will help facilitate an accurate diagnosis of a host of spinal inflammatory and demyelinating diseases including multiple sclerosis, autoimmune disease, infectious myelitis, and toxic-metabolic disturbances.
