Spine Trauma

After blunt trauma, the thoracolumbar spine is the most common site of spinal injury, followed by the cervical spine and sacrum. Spine trauma has a myriad of manifestations that radiologists should recognize, and a thorough understanding of anatomy, mechanisms of injury, and imaging findings is necessary for accurate diagnosis.
