Tumors and Tumor-Like Lesions

This chapter reviews the imaging patterns of a select number of central nervous system neoplasms that (radiology) residents are expected to be familiar with. Tumors are classified using the most recent edition of the World Health Organization Classification of Tumors of the CNS, and a short list of differential considerations for each tumor is presented.
