Noninfectious Inflammatory Processes
摘要
This chapter reviews the spectrum of noninfectious inflammatory processes that affect the central nervous system (CNS). Clinical presentation, demographics, and radiologic findings for chemical meningitis, limbic encephalitis, lymphocytic hypophysitis, sarcoidosis, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, cerebral amyloid angiopathy-related inflammation, and Anti-MOG encephalomyelitis is discussed. Understanding these diagnoses and differentiating them from infectious processes is important as clinical management differs.
