Conceptual Modeling of the Resilience of Regional Socio-Economic Systems “Business-Society-Government”

The article is devoted to the theoretical issues of the development of information and analytical support tools for the management of regional socio-economic systems. The emphasis in the article is on the description of the first stage of the study – the formal presentation of the conceptual model of the object of study. Regional socio-economic systems of the type “Business-Society-Government” are considered as the object of research. It is proposed to use the concept of resilience of complex dynamic systems as the main research methodology. The article contains a description of a formalized conceptual model of the resilience of regional systems of the type “Business-Society-Government”. As well as it contains an example of application such model to construct a fragment of applied ontology containing knowledge about the object of research.
