Software Package for Collecting and Analyzing Information for Qualimetry of Scientific Projects

In accordance with the needs of the practice of managing scientific research carried out on the basis of grant support, a software package has been developed for collecting and analyzing information for the qualimetry of scientific projects. The information model of a scientific project is an ordered set of project performance indicators provided in the application and report forms. A methodical approach to the analysis of the subject area and a system of indicators of the quality of the functioning of the proposed implementation of the software package are presented. The implemented approach to software development of a software complex is described, which combines the methods of incremental and iterative development with parallel generation of software documentation. Based on the results of experimental and subsequent long-term operation, it is shown that the developed software package provides effective collection and analysis of information for the qualimetry of scientific projects, which indicates the high efficiency of the stated approaches used in its development and modernization.
