Conclusions

This concluding chapter of the monograph distils the discussion of the realisation of leadership and collaboration at work outlined in the book and maps out future directions for professional communication research and training. Particular consideration is given here to means of bridging the gap between research and practice, and producing training materials that can inform communicative practices associated with realising leadership and collaboration at work.
