Boosting SWOT Analysis with Eco-Innovation Capability to Integrate Systematic Eco-Leadership Development for Military Leaders

In the current era, where the defense sector is increasingly focusing on reducing budget expenses and increasing productivity, eco-innovation capability is a critical solution for dealing with technological processes, highly significant for eco-leaders. Its development improves performance and determines environmental security, along with technology expansion in this field. This addresses fundamental operational areas because military leaders must understand that awareness is integral to where the sector maneuvers. Future leaders must deal with ecological changes simultaneously as they require effective management of quotidian tasks. The methodological phases comprise attribute identification - the base data, we supplemented with our findings. Additionally, we prioritized the most important attributes and assigned numerical cross-evaluation to evaluate their influence on each other. This analysis has significant potential in the Army. However, eco-innovation induces some critical aspects, such as effective utilization of eco-leaders, direct mandate, restrictions in the supply of capabilities elements, or the investments made. Finally, we noted some key observations that need further study regarding our research interest.
