Analysis, Efficiency Methods and Results of the Use of Funds for the Financing of SMEs in the Brașov Medical Industry

The profit of the organizations can be increased by approaching the existing financing for private actors through the Regional Operational Program (POR) 2014–2020 for the various projects financed and implemented in Brașov County, regarding the field of health and medical industry. This analysis was carried out according to the effective systematization of the services and innovative products obtained; the way in which the funding is applied and used to achieve the general objectives of the funded project, the indicators and results provided for in the projects. Following the implementation, a number of 5 projects from Brașov County were chosen, examples of good practice, with a final report to be delivered. The analysis carried out includes the results obtained and efficiency solutions, using the PRO-EPF Tools, a specific reference framework created for the assessment of sustainability, formulating and placing in a matrix a series of indicators as well as certain mistakes that should not be repeated. The present paper performs, for the first time, a synthesis of the evaluation for financing micro-enterprises in Brașov in the field of health and then an analysis of the phenomena that occurred during the implementation of these projects. Considering the new financing for SMEs in the period 2021–2027, we need as many successful projects and beneficiaries as possible, to access and use existing public funds in Brasov and implicitly in the CENTER Region.
