摘要

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a disruptive technology in numerous industries, including human resource management (HRM). This article emphasizes the importance of balancing technological progress with ethical considerations and human contact. Organizations need to comprehend AI’s function to optimize human resource processes and improve decision-making. The incorporation of AI into HRM affords the possibility of streamlining recruitment, employee induction, performance evaluation, and talent management. Moreover, analytics enabled by AI facilitate data-driven insights for strategic workforce planning. Nonetheless, alongside these opportunities, obstacles need to be overcome. The ethical ramifications of AI-driven decisions, the possibility of bias in algorithmic processes, and the need to maintain a human-centered approach to employee interactions present formidable obstacles. Data privacy and security concerns also appear large as AI-driven analysis of sensitive employee information becomes widespread. Employers, HR professionals, and researchers need to work together to ensure that AI enhances HRM practices rather than supplanting the indispensable human element. By recognizing AI’s potential to transform HRM and proactively addressing its challenges, organizations can leverage its potential to create efficient, equitable, and productive workplaces.
