Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Actions Implemented in the Treatment of Defects in a Company in the Automotive Industry

Among the managerial processes that are components of quality management, the continuous improvement of quality (quality improvement) has a dominant role in reducing costs and in the economic growth of companies. The purpose of this work is to identify the necessary actions for the treatment of defects in a company in the automotive industry, whose production of car wiring is intended exclusively for the foreign market. Quality assurance and improvement in the company consists of checking the quality of the raw material and the finished product, analyzing the defects, drawing up the documentation for the implemented quality system, performing the internal system audit, as well as the continuous supervision of the company's processes and activities.
