Contributions to Improving Quality Management of Execution Processes to Ensure Collaboration Between Local and Area Service Providers
摘要
Public administration systems in several European Union member countries are facing ways to improve the efficiency of their operations and the quality of the services they provide. They are gradually putting the main ideas of public management and quality management into practice in their efforts to improve performance, using different strategies to ensure institutional and administrative capacity building in support of political governance and their domestic economies. Adverse weather events, financial and economic crises have created a range of problems, situations and circumstances for public administrations, including social problems and social exclusion. The quality of managerial decisions is the most important performance. This can be demonstrated by scientific substantiation, which is ensured, on the one hand, by the existence and use of relevant information on the problems to be solved and, on the other hand, especially in the case of strategic decisions, by the use of appropriate managerial tools for substantiating and adopting decisions, depending on the decision-making situation of the problem to be solved. The article presents the results of research, analysis and modelling of some of the most common execution processes in the work of the most relevant providers of public services of local and regional interest.
