Intelligent System for the Professional Insertion of Graduates in the Moroccan Digital University

Currently, the university is creating its own identity by making digital methodological framework for the accomplishment of its missions and its various activities, and a new orientation to deal with specific problems namely the professional integration of graduates and employability. Currently, this issue is now at the heart of the concerns of all universities in the world, because their role today is not only to continue to provide academic knowledge, but also to ensure graduates a better integration into the workplace. In this context, the potential of digital technology as a lever facilitating the integration of these graduates are very promising, hence the need for another look and strong action in the use of digital and intelligent technologies in favor of the professional integration of graduates. This digital transition and the involvement of its tools in the professional integration of graduates and all sectors of the university's activities will also considerably modify the way it functions, its modes of governance, and they will allow it to move towards a smart university. In this context, this paper examines the integration of digital and intelligent technologies in the university activity sector of the professional integration of graduates, and presents a study of project actions, technological tools and monitoring and monitoring systems and professional integration of graduates from some Moroccan universities. In addition, we offer an intelligent system of guidance, training and professional integration assistance for graduates, addressing the environment and development factors of this intelligent system through PESTEL analysis.
