Elements of the Structure of Principal Schemes of Processes that Run in Heterogeneous Mediums
摘要
In recent years, can be noted the increasingly widespread using of heterogeneous materials and structures, first of all, in high-tech industries such as aircraft construction, nuclear power, transport and shipbuilding, space industry, and the like. Along with the indisputable advantages of the specified class of materials (high density, manufacturability, low specific weight, excellent strength characteristics, high temperature threshold of destruction, etc.), they are characterized by a number of disadvantages. In the development of research methods for non-metallic heterogeneous materials and environments, issues of modeling and design methodology are of particular importance. Moreover, the need for design and modeling also arises when adapting the existing classical methods of measuring the characteristics of the studied materials, since they do not allow to reliably solving the questions in the case of control of the specified class of objects. The article is devoted to the development of the principles and methods of circuit design of internal processes in non-metallic heterogeneous environments with their control by the acoustic infrared thermometric method and the development of new technical solutions based on them in the field of their non-destructive control, which will ensure an increase in the quality and reliability of products made from the specified class of materials.
