In this Chapter we will try to put some content into a word coined by Keynes, BancorBancor. Not surprisingly, perhaps, we will find in it an extraordinarily rich content. Applied nationally, it will facilitate the application of Concordian Monetary PolicyConcordian monetary policy. Applied internationally, it offers us the framework of a new international order, the BancorBancor International Order (BIO). This is an Order that, if faithfully applied, will grant us not only justice but peace—even peace in UkrainePeace in Ukraine. Can BIO also create conditions of peace between Israel and Palestine?
