Features of the Algorithm for Calculating Induced Currents by an Electromagnetic Wave in a Rectangle with a Two-Dimensional Electron Gas

摘要

In this theoretical work, the developed algorithm for calculating induced currents in a three-dimensional structure with a two-dimensional electron gas is presented using the example of a rectangle. The steps of the method and the basic equations are shown, which make it possible to create a computer program for calculations. The main studies of the convergence of the method, the calculation time are carried out, and the conditions for the convergence of the calculation of higher plasmon resonances in the structure of a rectangle with a two-dimensional electron gas are clarified.
