Modelling of Stress–Strain State of Artificially Improved Foundation During Construction of a Residential Complex in a Megacity

At scientific and technical support of construction, it is necessary to model geomechanical processes at different stages of construction of a multifunctional residential complex with underground car park with the use of artificially improved base—structural geotechnical array, performed in order to improve strength and deformation characteristics and to ensure regulatory requirements for limiting absolute and relative deformations of foundations. The impact of construction on the surrounding soil-rock massif and structures falling within the zone of influence was assessed.
