Vegetation of Marshes of Coastal-Marine Wetlands (Carbon Landfill in Salmon Bay, Southern Sakhalin)

The article considers the vegetation of the marsh meadows of the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk (Salmon Bay, the upper reaches of Aniva Bay). Relevés were made, then the taxonomic structure was calculated, an indicator value analysis was carried out according to D. N. Tsyganov's climatic scales (thermal and ombroclimatic regime) and hierarchical cluster analysis was conducted. 2 types of meadow vegetation, 5 formations and 6 associations were identified. In total, on the marsh meadows in the southern part of the island Sakhalin has identified 30 species of herbaceous plants belonging to 28 genera from 16 families. The most widely represented are Poaceae, Cyperaceae, Asteraceae, Rosaceae, Caryophylloideae, Fabaceae. Sakhalin salt marshes have many common types of vegetation with the marsh meadows of the seas of the Russian Arctic.
