On the Possibility of Managing Dew Point Height in Mountain Areas to Reduce the Risks of Natural Emergencies

Using the Fire Dinamic Simulator (FDS) mathematical model, it is shown that the risks of natural emergencies in mountainous areas can be reduced by promptly influencing the height of the dew point above the windward slopes of the mountains. This problem is proposed to be solved by thermal impact on the surface layer of the troposphere above the foot of the slope from the side of the earth's surface.
