Teachers’ Guide to Using Literature to Learn and Teach Language (The L3 Approach)

I wrote this book as a resource for my own needs as a teacher of ELT (English Language Teaching) students at a university in a non-English speakingSpeaking environment. My courses spanned three levels: sophomores (2nd year students), juniors (3rd year) and Masters. Of course, everybody's situations and needs are different, but I have explained here how I use the materials in this book myself in order that others may compare their own situations and make the necessary adaptations. I have also provided possible answers for the exercises in Chapter 4 in order to save busy teachers valuable time. I have personally found that the L3 approach suggested in this book provides a lot of fun, so I hope that others may also find enjoyment as well as a valuable learning experience in these pages.
