摘要

This study investigates the influence of external factors that affect people’s Intention to donate to charities using mobile apps. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) framework. This study uses a quantitative research method by surveying people to collect data. The sampling technique employed in this study is a combination of purposive sampling and convenience sampling. This study recruited 202 participants, aged between 17 and 60 years, who have previously made donations using mobile apps. The data collected from the survey was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to investigate the relationships between the variables of Perceived Ease of Use (PEUS), Perceived Usefulness (PUSF), Relative Advantage (RAD), Observability (OBS), and donation intention. The results showed that PEUS and PUSF have a significant positive impact on donation intention. Additionally, RAD and OBS have a significant positive impact on PEUS. The analysis results also indicate that PUSF is influenced by PEUS but is not influenced by OBS.
