Workplace morale, productivity, and general effectiveness are all negatively impacted by employee turnover, which continues to be a significant problem for businesses. The purpose of this study is to gather information for human resource management strategies by examining the variables that impact employee turnover intention. This study’s foundation is a thorough evaluation of the literature that summarizes what is known about the factors that influence turnover. Prior research on the topic of the study was gathered using a comparative methodology. The findings point to a complex interaction between the variables that influence turnover intention. As employees who indicated dissatisfaction became more likely to consider quitting their employment, job satisfaction emerged as a critical factor. Furthermore, it has been determined that possibilities for professional growth, corporate culture, and leadership effectiveness are important determinants of turnover intention. It draws attention to the arbitrary elements that influence turnover intention. The work environment, personal considerations, and individual dedication were found to be important determinants of whether employees choose to stay or quit.
