摘要

This study examines how talent management plays a crucial role in improving worker performance in the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). With the ever-changing organizational landscape that is define by changing worker expectations and technology breakthroughs, the Ministry of Interior must successfully develop and utilize its human capital. The study uses a mixed-methods approach to investigate the relationship between employee performance outcomes and talent management practices by combining qualitative interviews with quantitative surveys. The research attempts to uncover areas of strength and areas that need improvement through a thorough analysis of the Ministry’s present people management methods. Additionally, the study aims to provide insights into the particular people management initiatives that have the greatest influence on employee development and productivity. This research adds to the growing body of knowledge on the efficacy of talent management in the public sector by addressing the particular socio-cultural context of the United Arab Emirates. It also offers actionable advice for leaders of organizations and policymakers who aim to maximize human resources in government agencies. The Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates is expect to use the findings to guide evidence-based policies that support long-term performance enhancements and strategic workforce development.
