The Impact of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) on Traditional Financial Systems: Opportunities, Challenges, and Regulatory Implications
摘要
The influence of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) on conventional financial systems and the revolutionary possibilities of DeFi are the foci of this study article. A number of decentralized financial applications, such as lending, borrowing, trading, and asset management, have been made possible by the development of DeFi, which is made possible by the growth of block chain technology and smart contracts. Platforms that facilitate the instantaneous lending of huge sums of money by holders of cryptocurrency are known as decentralised finance lending platforms. There are few topics as hotly debated as the latest technical developments in the financial sector, which include banking, regulatory technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital assets. Smart contract sensitivity, hacking, centralization, and user mistake are some of the security problems in decentralised finance. The term “decentralised finance” refers to online financial services that use a public block chain. Technology known as block chain allows for decentralised finance. Users benefit greatly from decentralisation, transparency, and trustlessness, all of which are provided by decentralised finance. Automated protocols on block chains and stable coins enable users to borrow and lend money without the need for an intermediary via DeFi. One rapidly expanding aspect of the cryptocurrency monetary system is decentralized finance. A white paper describing a mechanism for peer-to-peer transactions is the genesis of the crypto asset boom. DeFi and Fintech have revolutionized the banking sector and made it easier for more people to access financial services. A DeFi market is a market where Financial Products that provide using decentralized applications are traded. Decentralized finance leverages key principles of decentralized block chain to increase financial security, unlock liquidity and growth opportunities and support an integrated and standardized economic system. This paper will explore the opportunities and challenges presented by DeFi, as well as the regulatory implications for traditional financial systems.
