Assessing the Influence of Work-Related Pressure on Employee Performance: A Case Study of Solidarity Insurance Company in the Kingdom of Bahrain

The current research investigates the effects of work-related stress on workers at Solidarity Insurance Company in Bahrain, including an examination of both advantageous and disadvantageous consequences. This research utilizes predetermined goals to examine the complex nature of work pressure, which includes psychological experiences, adaptive reactions, dynamic conditions, and physiological pressures. The research takes into account the larger worldwide context of organizational issues, highlighting the need of a comprehensive knowledge of the dynamic links between work pressure and performance. The primary objective of this study is to provide significant knowledge on the impact of work-related stresses on employee performance. This research endeavour seeks to establish a comprehensive and structured approach for conducting investigations in this domain. The primary objective is to provide pragmatic recommendations for establishing work environments that are both healthier and more productive, so helping not just Solidarity Insurance Company but also enterprises grappling with the complexities of the contemporary global workplace.
