Exploring the Relationship Between ESG Practices and Corporate Financial Performance

This research provides a critical analysis of the existing literature on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), with a particular focus on the significant importance of environmental policies within various organizational settings. The effectiveness of applying environmental solutions inside organizational structures is highlighted by the use of the Levers of Control framework in this study. In conclusion, this study determines that the Levers of Control framework significantly enhances the implementation of environmental strategies. It suggests that more empirical investigation is needed to explore the complex interplay between this framework and environmental strategies. The aforementioned investigation has the potential to provide significant findings about the intricacies of organizational control systems and their impact on the implementation of sustainable practices.
