Integrating for Excellence: A Study on Merging Accounting, HRM, and ERP Systems in Security and Safety Firms for Delta Safety and Security Company

This study analyzes the strategic integration of business systems, with an emphasis on the integration of the accounting, human resources management, and enterprise resource planning systems for a security and safety firm. Streamlining company processes, increasing operational effectiveness, and strengthening decision-making skills are all made possible by the integration of these platforms. The interrelationships between ERP, HRM, and accounting systems are investigated, along with the difficulties in integrating them, through a thorough analysis of the literature. To offer practical insights, case studies and empirical research are also covered. A framework for directing the strategic integration of these systems is suggested in light of the findings. The methodology for this study is described in the method section, and then the findings are discussed.
