摘要

What is ethical in tourism industry could be constructive on purpose, in the mind of various stakeholders. Apart from the traditional meaning of “environmental problems” which are those that arise from human dealings with the natural world related to the objective systems of nature, there is another meaning of it that includes the surroundings open to an individual person, it’s territories that give him the sense of belonging that make him feel as if he is at home (Attfield in Environmental ethics—an overview for the twenty-first century, 2nd edn, 2014). This metaethical point of view introduces the subjective way people feel about what is ethical or not. The current study innovates to the existing literature in the environmental impact of touristic public organizations. Through sustainable variables such as climate and energy, safe and healthy environment, next generation fuels, and environmental performance variables, the study concludes that the so-called unethical environmental footprint due to European harbor’s heavy operations is debatable.
