摘要

The endomycorrhizal status of argan trees planted in implanted in Taounate Region was studied. Samples of fine roots taken from the rhizosphere of the trees studied revealed the presence of several endomycorrhizal structures, with a frequency of mycorrhization between 33.33% and 100% and an intensity which varies between 20% and 64.33%. Regarding the arbuscular content, it varied between 15.19% and 47.3%, the vesicle content varied between 2.91% and 4.15%. The spore density in the rhizosphere reached 301 spores/100 g of soil represented by 19 species of endomycorrhizal fungi: Archaeospora trappei, Dentiscutata biornata, D. nigra, Diversispora sp., Racocetra castanea, Gigaspora gigantea, Gi. Margarita, Acaulospora kentinensis, A. undulata, Acaulospora sp., A. tuberculata, A. laevis, A. mellea, A. excavata, A. bcavernata, Glomus intraradices, G. trufemii, Endogone versiformis, Glomus sp4 with the dominance of Dentiscutata nigra (90%) and Acaulospora tuberculata (60%). These various species belong to 7 genera: Glomus (4 species), Acaulospora (8 species), Archaeospora (1 species), Diversispora (1 species), Gigaspora (2 species), Dentiscutata (2 species), and Racocetra (1 species), and 5 families Gigasporaceae, Acaulosporaceae, Glomeraceae, Diversisporaceae, Archaeosporaceae.
