Agile Framework that Integrates Continuous Risk Management for the Implementation of BPR

Given the intense competition and ever-increasing demands, SMEs find themselves obligated to undertake continuous improvement actions to enhance quality, optimize costs, and reduce cycle times. The BPR method emerges today as the most effective tool to address these needs. However, it is a highly risky operation and requires proper implementation to achieve the desired outcomes. This study highlights the importance of continuous risk management in BPR projects and proposes an agile framework for practitioners for its implementation.
