摘要

This paper presents an in-depth analysis of blockchain technology as a transformative tool for sustainable development across various sectors, including agriculture, healthcare, and finance. At the heart of our investigation is the exploration of blockchain’s decentralized architecture, its role in enhancing transparency, and the security of data management and transactions. We delve into blockchain’s capacity to address critical challenges in sustainable development, such as supply chain traceability, resource management efficiency, and the integrity of data exchanges. Emphasizing blockchain’s potential in aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we propose an innovative blockchain model that navigates integration challenges, ensuring compatibility, security, and privacy. This model features a layered architectural approach, combining public and private blockchain elements, and integrates advanced cryptographic methods, including Zero-Knowledge Proofs and Multi-party Computation, to bolster its security and privacy capabilities. We critically assess the challenges in blockchain adoption, such as scalability, interoperability with legacy systems, and regulatory compliance, proposing strategic solutions and future research directions. Our study synthesizes insights from various case studies and theoretical analyses to demonstrate blockchain’s role in fostering ethical sourcing, promoting a circular economy, and enhancing social inclusion. By offering a comprehensive view of blockchain’s capabilities and limitations, this paper contributes to the ongoing discourse on leveraging technology for sustainable development, providing a foundation for future innovations and policymaking in this dynamic field.
