摘要

The main objective of the work presented is the exchange of information through industrial communication protocols, as well as the use of monitoring and control from an IOT Platform. The method used is the configuration of parameters of industrial process communication protocols that make up the distributed system, based on TCP and the programming of the nodes on the server. For the Scada System, a PLC Server and three clients, an HMI screen and a PC were used. For IoT communication, it was programmed in Node Red and the cloud used was UBIDOTS, which stores the variables and data generated from the processes. The communication protocols used are MODBUS TCP/IP, PROFINET and S7 Communication, the information that links to the SCADA system is that of the Server; allowing you to create easy-to-use graphical interfaces for your operation. The versatility of TCP communication of the different protocols at an industrial level allows controlling and maintaining efficiency, distributing data to make more optimal decisions, monitoring and communicating system problems, minimizing downtime, errors that occur, as well as solutions. in real time for any type of automation project, allowing the use of different equipment and brands for implementation in various industrial processes with communication based on the Industrial Internet of Things.
