The “Creative Processes”

  • Pier Paolo Bellini

摘要

In Chap. 2 I analyzed the “socialsocial” elements of the creativecreative capacitycapacity, from the more external to the now “internalized,” and now, in this chapter, after having identified the socio-culturalcultural elements that determine (favoring or inhibiting) the developmentdevelopment of a creative attitudeattitude in the face of realityreality, I will attempt to identify the fundamental factorsfactors of what can be defined as the “creative processprocess”: with this expression we mean first of all that creativitycreativity is the particular process of moving from state A to state B (process) through unconventionalunconventional paths. In this perspective, a number of points must be defined in order to speak of a creativecreative agency, i.e., a starting need, a point of arrival that is not always entirely clear, even if always present, and a series of operational steps combined in an originaloriginal manner, thanks to a particular “attitudeattitude” that is defined as “creative,” from which we will start to clarify the dynamicsdynamics of the processprocess. In an ideally consequential pathway, we will reflect on what it means to “creatively place oneself” in front of things; how this placing oneself is necessarily to be understood as a “gesture”gesture (both practicalpractical and cognitivecognitive); what processes are triggered by this particular type of activity; what challengeschallenge today’s technologytechnology poses to the classical concepts of creative actionaction; and finally the possibilitypossibility of “educational”educational strategies linked to the developmentdevelopment of creativitycreativity.
