摘要

Following the decrees issued after the earthquake of 2009 and the Reconstruction Plans presented, the 53 municipalities of the earthquake crater have been under reconstruction for years. However, the regeneration and enhancement of these villages, in addition to the reconstruction of the building, can not be separated from the sustainable redevelopment of all those elements that contribute to the quality of urban life, such as infrastructure, services and common areas. With regard to them, the widespread tendency is to carry out individual localized interventions, replacing or restoring parts of obsolete systems. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate a methodology which, through the extrapolation and classification of the various characteristics of the centres, provides guidance on the type of intervention to be carried out, with large-scale planning upstream. The aim is to enhance the value of smaller historic centres, through the efficiency and enhancement of energy infrastructure and networks, with the adoption of compatible innovative technologies, in order to ensure sustainable and long-lasting interventions and aiming at maintenance that takes advantage of new intelligent technologies.
