Designing Luxury Brands, Hard Luxury, and the Epigenetics of Success

In this chapter, inspired by the Swarovski and the FENG J cases, we analyze the role of shiny and artistry in hard luxury. We reflect upon the mechanisms of mate selection and the epigenetics of success.
