Epilogue

This chapter updates the current status of the program, with new Chairs: in the Prairies region, Laleh Behjat, in Ontario, Shohini Ghose, and on the West Coast, Jennifer Jakobi. A timeline is given for the entire Chair program, and enduring characteristics are summarized along with major impacts and outcomes. A discussion of how to measure impact as it evolved during the program is included. Other changes over the 30 years of the program are observed, with the latest change in the program, a pilot Chair for Inclusion in Science and Engineering, poised as the uncertain future ahead.
