ROTATING
摘要
We have all experienced the difficult beginnings on a bicycle once you remove the little training wheels: a twist of the handlebars to the right, a twist of the handlebars to the left, balance is unstable and you are on the verge of falling over. And yet, if you are able to speed up, balance seems easier, and handlebar movements to the left and right diminish. Conversely, if you try to go very slowly, or even keep your balance at a standstill, it seems very complicated. Why does this happen? Why is it that equilibrium is established at the very moment when you start riding, and why can a jerk of the handlebars restore it?
