Stochastic Stabilization of Linear Systems Under Information Constraints

This chapter and the companion Chap. 14 address the problem of stabilization of linear and non-linear stochastic control systems under information constraints, where the constraints manifest themselves via the presence of communication channels, with finite-capacity, connecting the plant to be controlled with the controllers. A general setup is presented in Fig. 14.1 .
