Coding for Control and Connections with Information Theory

Starting with this chapter, in Parts III and IV , we will present results on information structure constraints determined by the presence of data-rate constrained channels; in particular, the measurement channels will have embedded in them a coder and a decoder. Accordingly, different from the setup in Parts I and II , in the treatment in this chapter the input to the channel can be shaped.
