The Contribution of Work Passion in Work Intentions - An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Lecturers from the Departments of Engineering Faculties at Mosul University

objectives: The study's idea was chosen in order to evaluate the relationship between work passion and work intentions, its motives and consequences. Methods: The study method is the survey method; the study tool is the questionnaire. Statistical processing was done through the use of statistical analysis program SPSS and Amos and the processor and measurement tools that were used are descriptive statistical analyzes, inferential statistical analyzes. The five-way Likert method was adopted in formulating the questionnaire questions. Duration: from June 22 to July 1,2023, The contribution of work passion in work intentions questionnaire in order to explore the opinions of a sample of lecturers from the departments of engineering faculties at Mosul University. Hypotheses: The H0 Hypothesis for this study was (work passion didn’t effect on work intention), H1 Hypothesis was (The effect of work passion on work intentions). Results: The null hypothesis is incorrect, and therefore the alternative hypothesis must be correct. Which means that there is a strong direct relationship between work passion and work intentions.
