Transformation of a Regional IT Cluster into a Cross-Border IT Cluster as a Direction of It Business Development Under the Conditions of Negative Influence of External Factors

The problem of the transformation of a regional IT cluster (Lviv IT cluster) into a cross-border IT cluster under the negative influence of external factors was considered, and the stability of the functioning of the combined structures was investigated to determine the level of synergistic effect. The apparatus of nonlinear differential equations is used for this purpose, making it possible to analyze at an abstract level the complex economic market relations of enterprises that arise during a merger.
