Bonding: Classroom Dogs Training

This chapter deals with the classroom dogs, which a few years back was an unknown concept. It presents in three parts the following: the first part provides a short introduction of HCS and classroom dogs; describes the importance and application of classroom dogs; explains the interrelationship of bonding and classroom dogs; and presents the classroom dogs training and its changes through time. The second part is focused on classroom dogs approach, which includes the levels of classroom dogs; and the use of classroom dog in applying the spiral curriculum. The final part is concerned with a typical application of teaching and learning with the use of classroom dogs. More specifically applications for the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth grade are presented in detail as well as the expected results.
