摘要

Sanur tourism area as an international tourism area in Denpasar City, Bali, suffered a reduction of tourist arrivals due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many SMEs located in this area were affected by this pandemic, one of them being the culinary business. These businesses were facing revenue decline and some even bankruptcy. However, we now live in the post pandemic era, where SMEs are re-establishing and aiming for regrowth. This study finds that access to finance as a part of financial inclusion may impact SMEs growth by allowing businesses to reach accessibility of financial services from financial institutions to provide financial support and achieve sustainability. Hence, this study aimed to analyze the impact of financial inclusion through access to finance towards SMEs growth in the culinary sector and how financial literacy moderates the relationship between financial inclusion and SMEs growth using a quantitative method.
