Methodical Tools for Identification and Quality Control of Design Products

The article presents the results of the analysis of the literature on domestic and foreign experience in the field of design and construction. The work is devoted to topical issues of design and construction products, in particular, the issues of rationality and quality control of design products, the intensity of influence on the coefficient of rationality of design products of the material consumption factor, and other factors that are considered. Linear combinations of the outputs of the empirical model of the relationship between material consumption (x1j) and the coefficient of rationality of design products (yj) are analyzed. The problems of the activity of construction enterprises are clarified. The main mistakes that the Customer makes during the repair and construction season are analyzed and ways to eliminate such omissions are considered. A possible variant of the instrumentation is proposed, which is based on dimensionless relative values. The initial value of this type of model is a weighted average linear combination of the values of input variables or certain constants. The issue of fuzzy inference algorithms is considered. The general structure of a microcontroller using fuzzy logic is shown. An analysis of the formulas was made, which showed that the influence of material consumption and other factors on the quality and price of design products is multidirectional. A graph of the membership function of the material consumption of project products is presented (Author's development). The work done testifies to the periodic consideration of the economic component in design and construction. And these questions remain open and relevant to this day.
