Research of Information Platforms and Digital Transformation Algorithms for Post-war Recovery of Ukrainian Business

摘要

The article is devoted to the theoretical justification and elaboration of applied possibilities scenarios of creating a software product with modeling digital adaptation strategies for the recovery of Ukrainian business in the post-war period. The paper presents the research methodology and principles of designing information management systems. Determined that the methodology of designing a digitized platform should include the systematization of existing potential and components, the development of mechanisms, tools, strategies, algorithms, and scenarios for the adaptation and development of management systems, the analysis of the possibilities of organizational changes in digitalization, and reengineering of business processes, the involvement of risk management and anti-crisis management strategies. Working out the scientific-methodical and practical principles of the functioning information platform, strategies for digital adaptation, transformation, and innovative information technologies transfer involves substantiating the advantages of engineering technologies in business, the possibility of using the transfer of information technologies for recovery, creating a digital platform for the integration business entities into the external environment with the aim of attracting innovative solutions through the information technologies transfer, substantiating approaches to the creation of an information platform, adapting existing theoretical provisions to the applied use of models by business entities, developing a scientific and methodical approach to the digital business transformation on the proposed information platform for a gradual recovery in the post-war period. Based on the research results, algorithms and procedures of the scenario approach to digital business transformation are proposed.
