Methodological Principles of Smoothing the Effect of Seasonal Fluctuations on the Components of Labor Intensity in Construction
摘要
Tools and methods of mathematical statistics are used to determine and measure seasonal fluctuations in construction, especially such an indicator as labor intensity. Seasonality is a factor affecting failures and deviations of construction processes from planned indicators. Climatic conditions have a moderate influence on construction terms, which can be expressed in the form of seasonal fluctuations in deviations in the course of the construction process or the supply of resources from the plan. Determination of corrective components for smoothing the level of seasonality plays an important role in planning the organization of construction production. The research established seasonality indices for 2012–2019, which require further analysis for practical optimization at any construction enterprise. The factors that directly affect the size of the fluctuations have been determined, and the main stages of forecasting and methodological principles of adjusting labor intensity at the construction enterprise under the influence of seasonal fluctuations have been determined based on the decomposition of numerical series with the formation of a system of economic-mathematical models of labor intensity at the construction enterprise. Cyclical fluctuations in labor intensity in the construction industry force construction enterprises to use modern scientific methods of seasonality analysis.
