Model for Universal Classification of Social Agents’ Activity/Behavior in Hierarchical Systems

摘要

Today, social systems consist of people and artificial agents (technical objects, learning, expert systems, bots, etc.). They carry out activities in a hierarchical environment. The paper develops a model for the universal classification of social agents’ activity/behavior in hierarchical systems. The activities of social agents are carried out in real space, while the analysis, decision-making, choosing of behavior and verification of the result, and the transfer of experience are carried out in the model space. The universal description of the model space for hierarchical structures is initially built. The set of 64 operators is introduced into the model space, which can describe changes in the space. It is proved that the minimum set of these operators is 16 classes. It is suggested that this minimal set describes the activity/behavior of the human component of agents. As a result, the activity of people and artificial agents can be described within the framework of a universal/unified theoretical apparatus. This makes it possible to increase the efficiency of management both in social systems and in systems with artificial social agents. An example of determining the effectiveness of a person’s activity at a given workplace is given. To apply the method, the functional duties of a person must be expressed in terms of the information space. Possible areas of application of the obtained results and areas of further research are discussed.
